Recently CWC
has taken up the Child sexual Abuse case in which there is no clarity between
the Police FIR and statement give by Victim girl. According to CRPC 164 of the
statement has been recorded. Which plays the major role in this case if there
is a variation in this case. Which one can be taken as final authority? How can
CWC respond to this?
