Case Study : 1 :  Rs.2.00 Lakh compensation

     March 2012 Baby Renuka’s. Mother was worked Sai sudheer Infrastructures at Ranagareedy district. Onday she was working in that place. While working in their working place snake was bite her then she was died and she’s baby is become orphan that new came into news paper. When news came in news papers Child Welfare Committee, Ranagareddy was responded on that new and went to Baby’s mother working place and CWC asked the company to provide a compensation of 2 lakhs to the baby for baby’s future. The company has given that amount on the name baby.

    Child welfare committee order issued for baby fur Rehabilitation to District Child Protection Unit of Rangareddy and referred the child to Shishuvihar for care and Protection.  

Case Study : 2 :  Rs.5.00 Lakh compensation 

         Master G.I.Newty, S/o Chandra gupta is studying V Class in Sri chaitanya Techno School, Vivekananda Colony, Kukatpally.Sri Chaitanya School Management was Conducted Sri Krishna Janmastami in the School premises and Conducted “UTTLU” program with Primary School Children at 5.00pm, Unfortunately that child has loosed his right Eye in this Program. The school Management joined SUMA Hospital after Joined the child they were informed to parents then child parents has came to hospital when parents has came to hospital and Known the that issue. 

    In continuation Parents has talked to doctors, they are suggested to Parents is bring to L.V.Presad Hospital because your child Right eye has fully damaged then parents bring to L.V.Presad Hospital and admitted when parents admitted child Doctors has performed Surgery to Eye and doctors told child eye fully damaged and Loose right eye.

Hence a parent was complaint made against to Sri Chaitanya School Management to CWC   for Justice on this issue because illegally school has conducted that program, according Right to Education act

When parents lodged complaint against to Sri Chaitanaya School Management, Child Welfare committee started Intervention for well-being of child and order to Mr. Sathish babu, PO ICPS for social Investigation and Submit report within the one week.

 Mr. Sathish Babu (ICPO) has done Social investigation and when Child welfare  committee meeting that    day has submitted report then CWC has read the report and  decided to take an action on schoolManagement for due to the Negligence of School Management.CWC orders  issued to School Management to attend the before child welfare committee. The School Management attend the before Child Welfare Committee when discussed on this issues with Management, after completed Discussions take an    action against them. CWC fined Rs.5, 00,000 to School Management on Name of Child and Provide Free Education up to 18 years old of child; amount will be pay duration one week. The school Management has appeal to District court against Child Welfare Committee. that court given judgment favor to CWC, again School Management appeal to High court now it is running in High Court.

Child welfare committee takes a challenge this case to do Justice to child.
