Complaint filed about child by_______________Dated_________ under Sec 32 of the JJ Act 2000 amnd 2006 a detailed inquiry was conducted.

CWC on this date initiated the hearing and on________conducted the hearings. 

The statement of the child/employer/police/childlilne/family of child and social worker have been received in person and in writing. It is explicitly evident that the vulnerable status of the child has been abused and exploited and the employers ______________________ are punishable under Sec.23 of the Juvenile Justice (care & protection) Act 2000 amend 2006. 

Further the employer has denied the children his/her right to education thus violating Sec 21A of the Constitution of India. 
Under the Minimum Wages Ac, 1948, an amount of Rs.__________ is liable to be paid as back wages which must be deposited by the employer in the name of the minor child with the mother as guardian and the same invested in National Savings Certificate.

1. The Child has been committed to the care of ____________institution which must submitted Quarterly reports on the progress of the child to the CWC until further orders.

     (i) Parents/s must readmit the child into school and send quarterly reports to the CWC for the next three            years.
