as you know very well that there is a incident of trafficking of children srikakulam dist from fisher folk areas. nearly 25 children have been rescued day before yesterday and produced before CWC for further care and protection. in this regard we request you to please suggest appropriate acts and sections for filing case against employers and brokers/middle men

pl see the bellow advise by our experts group...firstly the CWC has to record the statements of rescued children. simultaneously, as per 54 of JJ Act employer or broker can be issued summons by CWC and can record their statements. accordingly the CWC can impose compensation based on the conscience of CWC, intensity of the case and back ground of the child.
