The
statement of the child/employer/police/childlilne/family of child and
social worker have been received in person and in writing. It is
explicitly evident that the vulnerable status of the child has been
abused and exploited and the employers ______________________ are
punishable under Sec.23 of the Juvenile Justice (care & protection)
Act 2000 amend 2006.
Further the employer has denied the children his/her right to education thus violating Sec 21A of the Constitution of India.
