Please find below suggestion of CWC question.
If non cognizable offence, CWC give bailable warrant only and if Cognizable offence serve non bailable warrant but it is serve only through police and section 54 of JJ act is says trails run only by summons the procedure laid down in the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973(2 of 1974) for trails in summons cases .

ReplyDelete1.18 సంవత్సరాల లోపు వయసు కలిగిన వారిపై జరిగే హత్యాచారలకు పోక్సో చట్టం క్రింద కేసులు నమోదు చెయ్యాలి. కాని అదే 18 సంవత్సరాల లోపు వయసు కలిగిన వారిపై 18 సంవత్సరాల లోపు వయసు కలిగిన వారు హత్యాచారం చేస్తే పోక్సో చట్టం క్రింద కేసులు నమోదు చెయ్యవచ్చా? ఏ సెక్షన్ క్రింద కేసు నమోదు చెయ్యలి.
